She helped us with vendor suggestions, vendor communication, venue layout on our family property where the wedding and reception was, rehearsal practice, setup / finishing touches day of, helping everything run smoothly throughout the ceremony and reception, and many last minute fixes. Rachel was such a joy to work with! She invited me to create a wedding suite (invitations, save the dates, menus, map, and wedding crest) for a styled wedding shoot in November 2021. I worked alongside her to create a vision for these pieces and make changes along the way leading up to the shoot. On the day of the shoot, everything was ready to go and there was a plan for the day. I knew exactly what was expected of me and what to expect that day. Rachel was simply a dream to work with for our out of state wedding. We hired her while we were living in Tampa, Florida but got married in the DFW area. Needless to say, the distance did not impact our communication and strategy meetings whatsoever. I come from a corporate events background, therefore had very high expectations for our wedding coordinator and Rachel met every expectation and BEYOND! She was completely on the same level as I was with every little logistic that went into play to make our day so special. I recommend any bride to hire her as your partner in crime, as she will be a long lasting friend after your wedding as well!

She responded to me very quick about any questions I had & handled so many (and difficult) vendors & left me stress free! She is very professional & executed her job so well, I received tons of compliments from my guests about her work ethic! Every time we met together she was so well organized and helped me figure out things I still hadn't decided upon. She treated me as so much more than a clients - I could not be more thankful for such an amazing coordinator! She even made sure to capture as many pictures as she could day of, while working to make sure everything was perfect for us. Rachel and her assistant Allison are always a pleasure to work with! Rachels attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to direct both vendors and models is truly a gift. She is able to visualize what she wants to create in her mind and bring it to life. Normal people would not have been able to run with the colors yellow and blue or done it justice like she did, she creates art through design and has true passion for what she designs and who she works with. Rachel is a great at multitasking and prioritizing deadline and tasks, our brides here at HG love working with her!

We got married at Sparrow Creek Ranch on 10/10/20! I found Rachel on a DFW bride Facebook page. She was very responsive to my last minute request. She is very budget friendly. She was THE BEST VENDOR I HIRED - HANDS DOWN!!!
When we met up for the first time she was so well organized. I was very scattered brained and she made sure we stayed on task and had all the relevant info. She anticipated my needs weeks before the wedding. She contacted all of my vendors ahead of time and got everything set up for the wedding day. She gave me such great ideas for things I was still undecided upon, and would send me reminders for things I still needed to do.
On the day of the wedding we were running behind and she jumped in and helped like she was family. I cannot say enough about how great she was as seeing what needed to be done, and then jumping in and doing it. Like I said at the beginning, she was absolutely the best vendor we hired. I don't know how she had time with everything else she was doing for us, but she even captured so many special moments.
Please don't hesitate to hire her! I would recommend her to any bride! She exceeded ALL of our expectations!
