Happy Anniversary - Carin & Wyatt

Happy Anniversary to the first ever wedding couple that I got paid for and coordinated under my wedding coordination business back in 2020. This was such a great learning experience! C & W's wedding was a Fall themed wedding at the Barn at Sparrow Creek Ranch, it was filled with moody florals and pumpkins and a very beautiful wedding. Enjoy some of the pictures below from it as we repentance and remember how much we've grown since this wedding.

This is what Carina had to say about her wedding afterwards!

"We got married at Sparrow Creek Ranch on 10/10/20! I found Rachel on a DFW bride Facebook page. She was very responsive to my last minute request. She is very budget friendly. She was THE BEST VENDOR I HIRED - HANDS DOWN!!!"

Look at how beautiful Carin's dress looks - I love these detail shots! The dress, her boots, the bridal bouquet - it all looks perfect together.

When we met up for the first time she was so well organized. I was very scattered brained and she made sure we stayed on task and had all the relevant info. She anticipated my needs weeks before the wedding. She contacted all of my vendors ahead of time and got everything set up for the wedding day. She gave me such great ideas for things I was still undecided upon, and would send me reminders for things I still needed to do.

Getting ready...bridal style!

Beautiful Bridal Bouquet
On the day of the wedding we were running behind and she jumped in and helped like she was family. I cannot say enough about how great she was as seeing what needed to be done, and then jumping in and doing it. Like I said at the beginning, she was absolutely the best vendor we hired. I don't know how she had time with everything else she was doing for us, but she even captured so many special moments.

Not into First Looks? I recommend doing a First Touch, exchanging letters, vows or gifts. This is such an intimate moment for the future bride and groom, and sometimes this might be the only true moment you have alone on your wedding day. I highly recommend asking your coordinator to build alone time into your wedding day - whether as a first look, first touch, a private dinner or private last dance, these little moments can make all the difference in a busy wedding.

These three beautiful women, three generations, they were so much fun to work with! There is clearly so much joy in this picture, I only hope that when I get married I am able to have a joy filled moment like this candidly captured with my mother and grandmother. I just keep seeing this picture and finding so much joy and love. There are so many small and joyful moments within this picture. "Always love your mother because you will never get another." Clearly shown here with these 3 generations.

Please don't hesitate to hire her! I would recommend her to any bride! She exceeded ALL of our expectations!

So, now that we've taken a trip down memory lane from my first wedding (that wasn't at a wedding venue I worked at) let's wish Carin and Wyatt a Happy 3rd Anniversary!
